Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered an interministerial team and legal officials to prepare a case against Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the International Criminal Court (ICC), according to i24NEWS.
The proposed case would focus primarily on Türkiye's "treatment of its Kurdish population" and allegations that Erdoğan’s government has financed Hamas.
By doing this, he is participating in a system which has ruled to jail him for war crimes after claiming it held no validity and the US sanctioning judges.
