Players who receive a temporary ban must comply with the rules as soon as possible by installing the official client. If repeated use of prohibited software is detected after the ban is unblocked, a permanent ban will follow without the right to appeal.

Regarding players who have currently received permanent bans, please note: there is a clear distinction between modifications that do not affect game balance and the direct use of cheats that provide an unfair advantage. Those who have used cheats—regardless of their type or age—are subject to irreversible sanctions. Such decisions are final and irrevocable.

All subsequent waves of reviews and sanctions will be conducted in accordance with the principle described above: a temporary ban is granted once as a single chance for improvement. If a player receives a temporary ban but is subsequently caught using prohibited software again, an immediate permanent ban will follow, with no right to appeal. There will be no second temporary ban.
