300,000 tons of diesel fuel is almost nothing in the scale of the American market alone, nevermind the global market. Still - I am surprised this deal took place at all. And apparently Trump wants to buy more from Russia.

Suppose Ukraine will be forbidden to attack the Russian oil facilities - something they constantly boast about. At this point Ukraine really ought to just surrender. They can't win this game.
