• Check the status and view recently downloaded files from the new ‘Downloads’ tab in Global Search.
• [iOS] Check the status of media and file downloads by tapping the new icon in the Search bar.
• Pause and resume unfinished downloads.

Download Manager on Telegram Desktop
• Active and recently finished downloads pop up in the bar in the bottom left corner, like they do in browsers.
• View recently downloaded files in Settings > Advanced > Downloads.
• Get an alert before closing the app if you have unfinished downloads.
