Instructions that you should
                 pay close attention to.

➀ ..... | ONE OF MOST. Before you set foot into the roomchat or send anything important, I would like to instruct you to first join our channel; @tfleprem.

➁ ..... | TWO OF TOPMOST. All payment methods will go through Dana & Qriss, therefore, I give you instructions, when making transactions include proof of payment.

➂ ..... | THREE OF UTTERMOST. Premium Application may take 1-5 days according to the constraints that may occur.

➃ ..... | FOUR OF MOSTLY. Orders will be processed based on the queue. For premium Telegram, make sure to read the TNC in the format first. This applies to all formats that include TNC—please read them before ordering.

➄ ..... | LAST BUT NOT LEAST. Before sending the format, make sure your format is correct and there are no errors.

• ADDITIONAL NOTES;
(1.) iPhone Screenshot Services usually only take a few minutes, though in some cases it may take longer. Please be patient while waiting for the process.

(2.) Once a buyer has sent their format to the roomchat, the order is considered confirmed and the purchase cannot be cancelled.

(3.) Buyers who intentionally interfere with or misuse the payment bot will be subject to a 300K fine, which must be paid in full. No excuses will be accepted.

(4.) If you request a refund, an 8K deduction will apply.

(5.) For Premium Applications and Telegram Premium Full Warranty, warranty service will only be provided after the buyer has submitted the required screenshot and completed the honest review. If either one is missing, the warranty will be considered void.

(6.) Refunds for Premium Applications and Telegram Premium Full Warranty will be handled according to the applicable refund formula.

• PAYMENT PROVISIONS;
Please do not send any payment until we have provided you with the proper payment instructions. This is to avoid repeated processes or any mistakes. Once the payment instructions have been provided, please complete the payment within 1–6 hours. If there is no response or payment within this timeframe without prior notice, the buyer will be blacklisted from the store channel and roomchat.

• REFUND PROVISIONS;
I do not accept refund requests as long as the relevant account or application can still be fixed, restored, or replaced. Please do not request a refund when the relevant application has already been provided and there is no issue with the service. A refund will only be considered if the application provided is incorrect and cannot be fixed or replaced. Any refund will be processed according to the applicable refund formula and provisions.
