Google seems to be rolling out support for custom MCPs on Gemini desktop app to more users.

This means that along with Gemini 4 we may get additional updates - for example, Computer Use has been in testing for quite some time and should be ready by now. The same goes for “Superprojects”.

Yet, the biggest win would be there if Google release Gemini 4 to Pro users as well.
