🌡️ The Multisectoral Commission in Charge of the National Study of the El Niño Phenomenon (ENFEN) remains on alert and forecasts above-normal rainfall along the northern coast, the central coast, and the northwestern highlands.

🌊 Rivers in the north are expected to see increased flows starting in November, and the Rímac and Chillón rivers starting in December. The southern highlands and the central and southern Amazon regions are expected to experience below-normal rainfall.

⚠️ Air temperatures will remain well above normal along the entire coast, with possible heat records through the summer of 2027. ENFEN urged authorities to use the forecasts and the National Institute of Civil Defense (Indeci) dashboard for risk management.
