🌱 The case was initiated by the Civil Association Árbol de Pie, which requested the declaration of unconstitutionality of the article for compromising the right to a healthy and balanced environment.

🗣 The Court clarified that the resolution responds to issues different from those analyzed ten days ago in the case of the Center for Former Malvinas Combatants, which was rejected.
