🇻🇪 Foreign Minister Félix Plasencia participated this Wednesday in the Dialogue of Foreign Ministers and High Authorities of the 41st Session of ECLAC, in Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic. In his speech, he defended that international law and multilateralism should be guarantees for development and reiterated Venezuela's call to overcome unilateral coercive measures.

🌎 He stated that Latin America and the Caribbean must engage with everyone, diversify their ties, expand their markets and alliances, and always preserve their sovereign capacity to decide their own development path.

🤝 He highlighted the strategic importance of regional integration without the need for everyone to think in the same way in order to work together.
