🚨 Second TSE bulletin: 935 ballot boxes replaced in Brazil, just 0.16% of the total
🗳️ In its second incident report, issued at 12:00 p.m. local time, the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) reported that 935 voting machines had been replaced out of the 499,248 authorized, equivalent to 0.16% of the total. The voter registry totals 158,745,463 voters, and there are 68,912 backup voting machines.
📊 In municipalities with biometric identification, 575 ballot boxes were replaced out of 346,608 (0.17%), while in municipalities without biometrics, 339 were replaced out of 152,640 (0.22%). Twenty-one contingency ballot boxes were activated. No polling places or municipalities were reported to have used manual voting.
