Java Island, Indonesia 🇮🇩
Nestled at the foot of the majestic Mount Semeru lies the Tumpek Sewu waterfall, whose name translates from Javanese as "a thousand waterfalls."
Its powerful streams cascade down a wide, semicircular slope, creating the illusion of hundreds of streams flowing from a height of about 120 meters.
Fun fact: Mount Semeru is the highest volcano in Java and one of the most active in Indonesia, with its last major eruption occurring in 2021.
