Performance Engineer (Automation Engineer)

✅ Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Performance Engineer to join our dynamic team at the NDC group of Irancell Labs company. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing vast amounts of network performance data to derive actionable insights. Your expertise in Python and data analysis will be key in identifying trends, diagnosing complex issues, and building predictive models to optimize our network's quality and efficiency.
 
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large-scale network performance data (e.g., KPIs, counters) using advanced Python-based data analytical tools.
Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and apply statistical methods to identify patterns, anomalies, and correlations in network behavior.
Develop and automate data processing pipelines and dashboards for proactive network monitoring and performance reporting.
Collaborate with network planning and optimization teams to provide data-driven recommendations for network enhancements.
Create clear and compelling visualizations and reports to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 
✅ Qualifications and Required Skills:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
✅ Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a data analysis, performance engineering, or a similar data-intensive role.
Technical Skills (Mandatory):
Mastery of Python for data analysis and scripting.
Expert-level proficiency with the Python data science stack: Pandas, NumPy, SciPy.
Strong experience with data visualization libraries such as Seaborn and Plotly.
Proven ability to analyze data using explanatory data analysis (EDA) and statistical approaches.
Experience in automating and orchestrating data processes (e.g., using task schedulers, scripting, fault-tolerance approach).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and charting.
✅ Technical Skills (Highly Preferred Bonus):
Experience in Machine Learning and AI frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Power Query, and VBA Macros.
Experience in the Telecommunications industry, with knowledge of mobile network technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G), protocols, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
✅ Personal Skills:
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
