You can now lease Apple Products
Apple has launched "Apple Upgrade," where you can lease an iPhone or Apple Watch for 12 or 24 month lease terms, and iPad or Mac for 24 to 36 months. Lease is provided by Klarna, currently only in the United States. You can lease multiple devices, by leasing each product separately.
Once the lease ends, you can buy your current device outright, upgrade the device, or exit the program. You must either keep your device in good condition, or purchase AppleCare to avoid a damage fee at the end of your lease term. If you’re leasing an iPhone, you’ll need to connect to AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon when you enroll.
Along with this, Apple is discontinuing the iPhone Upgrade Program.
