FYI, Google Play Store now allows you to check Play Integrity of your connected devices such as your WearOS watch, Android Automotive OS and Android TV devices from your primary device.

Primary phone and the target device, such as a watch, car, or TV, needs to be signed in to the same Google Account with an active internet connection.
