AMC CEO 再轰 Robinhood：股票代币会影响公司资本结构

深潮 TechFlow 消息，10 月 16 日，AMC Entertainment 首席执行官 Adam Aron 再次发文再轰 Robinhood 首席执行官 Vlad Tenev 和首席法务官 Dan Gallagher，他指出 AMC 不同意 Robinhood 在美国推出 AMC 股票代币，同时美国证监会（SEC）亦要求 Robinhood 获得 AMC 同意，否则至少应让 AMC 停止相关行动。

Aron 补充称，相关代币属于“虚假、合成的股票”，可能影响 AMC 的资本结构，并强调“AMC 应掌控自身的财务命运，而不是 Robinhood”。
