Ishga olish suhbatlarida men nomzodlardan kutadigan eng yaxshi savol bu “kompaniyaning missiyasi va kelajakdagi rejalari qanday?”. Lekin bu savolni deyarli hech qaysi kandidat soʻramaydi. Asosiy savollar oylik atrofida.

TechCellsʼda biz oʻzimizdan chiqqan, “homegrown”, milliy qadriyatlarimizga asoslangan, eʼtiqodimiz, va Oʻzbekcha kulturamizning ustiga qurilgan global IT Outsourcing (and Outstaffing) kompaniya boʻlishga harakat qilyapmiz. Biz “homegrown”larning eng yaxshisi boʻlmoqchimiz. Orzuyimiz shu.

Barlarda “teambuilding” qilish emas, iftorliklar qilish. Valentin kunini dam olish kuni deb emas, Navroʻzni, Mustaqillik kunini, Hayit bayramlarini nishonlash. Ishlayotgan va qilayotgan loyihalarimizni moddiy foydasidan koʻra jamiyatga manfaatlari haqida koʻproq oʻylash. Mijozlarga faxr va halollik bilan xizmat qilib dunyoda “Oʻzbek Aytishnigi”ning munosib kartinasini chizish.

TechCellsʼda faqat chet el loyihalari bilan ishlaymiz. Tez kunlarda kompaniyamizda yangi oʻzgarishlar kutilmoqda!

@Zafarbek

Starting a new job and joining a new team can be hard for some people. Blending in is the tricky one for sure.

So with new members joining our family, we try to welcome them in the warmest ways possible, may it be going out for a meal or playing games.

Last weekend was not an exception either!

To get to know each other better (mostly to surface their darkest sides😄) we played “Mafia”. And it was fun to play this game with new people, you will know a lot about them and their personalities.

This especially helps to strengthen the bond between teammates.

Keeping a shelf with books never hurts, right?

Well, let us tell you that we love our shelf (even if we don't have a large inventory, yet!). And today some of our TechCells team members added few more books to our collection. It really helps us to distract from our daily tasks and bring some fresh air to our thoughts and ideas.

Besides, it is always a good idea to dip into an interesting book and drift into your own imagination for a while. Helps you relax!

We decided that from this week on we will have “all team” meetings twice a month. And this is the habit that most of the leading companies adopted. In these so-called retrospective meetings, we exchange ideas, feedbacks and expertise. As well as that, we do create an action plan for two weeks to realize Kaizen (continuous improvement) in the company. They enable us to get a step closer towards our vision.

The first of these meetings was held today. The presenter was one of our project managers with a video presentation on “Work ethic” which was quite exciting and novel in a way.
