🔗 #Instagram working on Flipside feature

Instagram is developing 'flipside,' a feature allowing users to create a private 🤫section on their profile for sharing personal content with select friends. Inspired by 'finstas,' it simplifies sharing without needing a separate account. Internal prototypes show swiping down on profiles to access flipside, with unique profile details. This is currently in development and has not yet entered public tests. It could potentially challenge rival social apps designed for close friends. This feature could boost engagement and compete with apps like BeReal and Locket. which include Home Screen widgets where friends’ new photos appear.
