Valve announces Steam Families tab available today on Steam Beta Client

🎮Steam has launched Steam Families, an overhaul of its family sharing system that removes limits on sharing games, simplifies buying games for kids, and adds new parental controls. Users can now share games with multiple family members simultaneously, with no play. Parental controls allow for monitoring playtime and setting restrictions. The new system is region-locked, and users leaving a family cannot join or create another for a year. Developers must approve titles for sharing, and some games like free-to-play or those requiring third-party keys 314 can not be shared.
