The founding fathers didn't build a new nation from scratch. They arrived after the mud flood, found the advanced infrastructure of a Tartarian province already standing, and simply claimed ownership.

They put their names on the buildings, hung their flags, and invented the "Neoclassical" cover story to make sure you never look into the true builders.
