Let's get to know each other.
➡️ РУСКИЙ ЗДЕСЬ ⬅️
❤️I lead tantra practices, host Temple Nights — our sensual parties — and teach tantric massage workshops.
❤️I'm also a psychologist working in the IFS method (Internal Family Systems).
I help people explore new sides of their sexuality, get more pleasure from intimacy and from what the body feels, and open up their sensuality and their sensitivity.
To move out of the head and into the body. To find your own power and gently let go of what stands between you and feeling ALIVE.
Two things I specialise in: the balance of masculine and feminine inside one person, and "How to be a Woman in the modern world".
And I love working with couples, helping them find new depth in their love for each other ❤️

About five years ago, somewhere in the middle of an existential crisis and a long spiritual search, I heard about tantra.
"It's a path of awareness through sexuality," they said. Of course I wanted to know more 🌹
At my first tantra workshop in Bali something inside me clicked. Tantra and I had found each other 🪬
✨The deeper I went, the clearer it became: tantra reaches far beyond sex.
And still — it turned me into a feminine multi-orgasmic goddess in bed. Before tantra, sex had never brought me an orgasm.
Tantra also taught me to accept how many-sided I am. It turned my sensitivity all the way up and opened the Woman in me.
It taught me to really relax, and to really look another person in the eyes — to see them, and to be seen.

These past years I keep studying with international tantra teachers:
🪬I'm part of the team of the international tantra school Awaken as Love.
Since 2024 I've been joining their festivals and trainings in India and the Netherlands — as a participant, as a Love Angel (part of the team that holds the space) and as a Session Giver (giving individual sessions to participants).
Their approach speaks to me deeply. They call it Universal Tantra: the wisdom of practices thousands of years old, adapted for a modern person. A mix of tantra, shamanism and integral development theory.
🪬In 2023 I did a month-long Kundalini and Tantra teacher training at the Kundalini Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh.
That's where I received a formal shaktipat in the Himalayan tradition — the permission to pass this knowledge on.
🪬In 2023 I took a course in dynamic meditations at the Osho ashram in Pune — the same master who brought tantra to modern people in the last century.
I wore the maroon robe, woke up for meditation at 4 a.m. and studied the meditations of the new era.
🪬In 2024 I completed the Tantra Master facilitator course with Anastasia Hagras.
🪬And over these years I've been to many tantra classes, trainings and Temple Nights with different international teachers in Bali and India — my two places of power, I keep coming back to both.

Announcements of group practices are here.
➡️ Online I work with women through a three-month program, combining tantra practices with psychology.

I've collected about a hundred reviews of working with me. I'll share one, because it holds the whole essence of my field:
"I feel very safe with you. There's this warm, accepting energy, and mischief in it at the same time. In a field like that you want to experiment, to try, to open up. It becomes possible to peel shame away from your sexuality and your emotions, and to feel that being sexual and being emotional is as normal and natural as being alive ❤️🔥"
