- [experimental] 4-color gradient wallpaper render optimization for Android 9+
- few optimizations: cap particles fps in chats list and star reactions, dont draw reactions and poll/todo buttons outside of screen, cap particles in premium/my stars settings sections
- fix toasts on top being above status bar for users with transitions disabled in power saving
- fix live stories pip or top panel recording with multi-account
- fix changing theme in setting reply/profile color page
- added revoke stream key alert
