I dont want to save Russia. I only suggest how to save people from aggressive Russian government.
My main premise is when hierarchy becomes corrupt there's no use wasting lives and energy to get to the top. It's better to think of new alternative way to organize and live a better life. I obviously do not claim that all my suggestions are great, but I try to explore new options instead of repeating same old fights for generations.
Telegram messenger is a true example of new order. Russian government couldn't beat it because it was so superiors technologically. And today most of the Russian government officials are using Telegram. We need more companies like Telegram.

TALKS - Court systems must be reformed with use of computer algorisms. We know terrible stats when judges are tired or hungry they tend to give harsher decisions. Computer systems are never tired, they're hard to bribe unlike humans. The only thing we need lawyers…
