#TBOT: Take Back Our Tech

A recent leak got my personal email spammed. I realized how important it was so I went deep into email aliases.

James Corbett was nice enough to have me on to chat about how these systems work and how we can better our email etiquette.

We even built our own email aliasing tool for Above Suite, which should be released in the next several weeks.

Check it out:
https://corbettreport.com/how-to-set-up-an-email-alias-solutionswatch/

And give me some love in the comments ❤️

What is an email alias, why might someone want to use one, and how do you set one up? Find out in today's important edition of Solutions Watch with special guest Hakeem Anwar of Above Agency.

🌍 Private Connectivity, No ID Required

I was recently on a webinar hosted by Shield Your Body, and the conversation led to SIM cards. I had the opportunity to share more about the Above eSIM we launched this year — a private, no-ID-required data SIM that works in multiple countries. Check out the clip to learn more.

⚡ How Social Media Trains Your Brain

At The People’s Reset in Morelia this past January, I explained how social media companies have been learning from one another—refining their systems to keep us hooked. Stories? They're 20-second dopamine loops designed to trigger quick hits of reward.

Then there’s collaborative filtering—the AI engine behind recommendations. It tracks you from your first click, compares your preferences to millions of others, and feeds you what they like too. It's engineered addiction.

Rotten and Overpriced: Spanish Airdropped Aid Sparks Outrage in Gaza

Food aid airdropped into Gaza by Spain has reportedly arrived in a rotten state, triggering anger among locals who say even spoiled rations are being resold by merchants at inflated prices — as high as $100 per meal.

Residents describe the aid effort as more of a spectacle than genuine relief. “It’s not enough that the world watches as the Zionists genocide Palestinians and starve them,” one comment read. “When they pull a PR stunt to send 'Aid,' it’s either dropped on tents, killing civilians, or ends up in Israeli-controlled areas.”

For those who do manage to get hold of the rations, they’re often left with food that’s expired, inedible, and outrageously overpriced — deepening frustration in a population already pushed to the brink.

Some interesting ideas on how communities could provide for each other without banks.

What Credit Cards Can Teach Us
Simple, ancient protocols for community resilience and global trust

At Grassroots Economics, we work with systems of Commitment Pooling … a protocol for communities to coordinate real resources through shared promises.

Now imagine this: instead of a bank, your community creates a pool of resources.

Each person contributes what they can—labor, care, food, time—and issues a voucher for that promise
These go into a Commitment Pool. Anyone in the group can borrow from the pool and later fulfill their own promise back into the system.

It’s like a credit card, but instead of owing money, you give back in service. The “collateral” is your reputation, and your care.

⚡️Speaking The Language of Plants Through Narrowband Light

In a world where most food is grown — and even genetically altered — for shelf life instead of nourishment, today’s story brings a breath of fresh air… or rather, fresh light.

Read the full article on Substack.

Symbiotic Systems, founded by Paul Bhola, is changing the game in indoor farming with narrowband LED technology. Unlike traditional white LEDs that focus on intensity, these lights use specific wavelengths that plants actually respond to — speaking a language they understand.

And plants are listening. In a recent study, basil and cannabis grown under these LEDs produced 5x more beta-caryophyllene, a powerful medicinal compound. Each plant responds to different light cues, so this tech can be optimized by wavelength to encourage faster growth, greater resilience, and enhanced nutritional value.

Could light alone help restore nutrition to our food?

First, President Trump issues an executive order empowering federal agencies to clear out homeless encampments and lock up the homeless in mental institutions using involuntary civil commitment laws intended for dealing with individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Days later, a gunman allegedly suffering from a mental illness opens fire in New York City, killing four before turning the gun on himself.

Coming on the heels of Trump’s executive order aimed at “ending crime and disorder on America’s streets,” the shooting has all the makings of a modern-day Reichstag fire: a tragedy weaponized to justify allowing the government use mental illness as a pretext for locking more people up without due process. https://www.rutherford.org/publications_resources/john_whiteheads_commentary/the_new_gulag_mental_health_detentions_and_the_criminalization_of_dissent

Looks like the attack on XMR is warming up, if you assume anonymous solo miners are Qubic. Right now it doesn't seem close.

Still - this is a good time to learn how to mine.

If you have a gaming computer, you'll be surprised how much mining power you can contribute to the network.

This is the easiest way to start mining:

⚡ Understanding Electromagnetic Fields

From our webinar: Stress-Free Approach to Electromagnetic Radiation

Everything in the universe gives off an electromagnetic field - from the Earth beneath your feet to the sun in the sky. But not all EMFs are created equal.

In this clip, we explore the difference between natural vs. artificial EMFs, how our devices—like phones and cell towers—emit these fields, and most importantly, how they’re received and translated by the human body.

Start here to understand what EMF really is—and how it affects you.

🚨 Monero’s 51% Attack: Centralization vs Decentralization

Monero is Under Attack.

For the first time ever, a coin has openly declared a 51% attack — and it’s aimed at Monero, the world’s top privacy cryptocurrency.

The attacker? A centralized AI coin called Qubic, with a botnet of miners acting under the control of a single anonymous arbitrator.

This is centralization vs decentralization in real time.
Will Monero survive? Can the attack even succeed?

I break it all down — the motives, the methods, and how you can help.

Well here we go, another health surveillance system consolidating the sensor tech being put out by Apple and Google, with the distribution of Amazon, analyzed by AI from of the top firms.

This is setting up the foundation for large scale medical experiments, such as those conducted by Apple using their wearable tech - covered here:

I don't agree with much of the "truther" conspiracy community that all MSM is fake. This is a huge mistake and oversimplification.

We obviously know (and I've reported on for 15 years) that MSM has been involved in propaganda dissemination, but to dismiss all people working at corporate media as fakes, hacks, or agents etc is just silly.

There's dozens to 100s of people working for corporate media outlets, and some of them do good work. Whether its local news, or bigger stories on the national level, there is real journalism being done.

However, in the so called independent or alternative media you have people who SOLELY read headlines from those same MSM outlets, or speculating on major world events, most without any sources or real insight.

I have been guilty of this at different times in 15 years, and I've also learned to take the good of journalism ethics and leave the trash so I can develop sources, do on the ground in person reporting, and provide my audience with more than parroting the mainstream.

I am getting so sick of watching people grow and call themselves journalists when they do nothing but theorize, repeat mainstream stories, and never leave their desk. DO BETTER.
