Our conditions are completely clear and were presented to the United States as part of a seven-day plan. They provided some comments, which we are currently reviewing, but as far as we are concerned, the proposal remains on the table.

If there were any sincerity on the American side, which there is not, the path to fully reopening the Strait of Hormuz would be clear. If they fulfill our conditions, the Strait of Hormuz will reopen on the sixth day, and negotiations will begin on the seventh day.

The conditions we have set are neither strange nor unreasonable. They are commitments the United States had previously made.

Our conditions are fair, and if the United States has the will to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, it can fulfill them within a few days.
