🇷🇼🇺🇬 — Robert Kabera, a former Rwanda Defense Force sergeant major exiled in Uganda, was found mutilated and beheaded in the site where he was building his house.

He was a vocal critic of Rwanda president Paul Kagame, accusing him of causing his exile due to his link with the family of Fred Gisa Rwigyema, the founder of the Rwanda Patriotic Front (RPF), who mysteriously died in combat, leading Paul Kagame to take over the organization.

📝 The RPF, Rwanda's main political party, was previously a Tutsi-led rebel political and military organization that fought against Hutu power during the Rwandan civil war (1990 - 1994).
