Our problem with the United States is that every time we come to the negotiating table, immediately afterward a war is imposed on us.

Negotiations are meaningless with an enemy that carries out assassinations, imposes sanctions, applies pressure and makes threats every day, and breaks its commitments.

Our people do not accept such an approach either.
