🇮🇶🇮🇶🇮🇷⚡️ — WaPo, citing a senior Iraqi official in the Iraqi Prime Minister's office, reports Iran's IRGC has switched its tactics in regards to Iraq, focusing on supporting smaller pro-Iran militia cells operating outside the established larger militia infrastructure.
WaPo also reports that Asa'ib Ahl al-Haqq, an Iraqi militia that agreed to disarm, gave around half its estimated arsenal to the Iraqi government. Asa'ib Ahl al-Haqq's leaders claimed that the rest were taken by defectors who had formed a new militia that is, according to the same Iraqi official, working with both the IRGC and Yemen's Ansarallah and was involved in striking Saudi Arabian energy infrastructure.
