🇺🇦🇺🇸🇷🇺⚡️ — The Trump administration is proposing three steps to revive negotiations over the war in Ukraine: a mutual halt to attacks on energy infrastructure, reopening the Black Sea grain corridor, and a trilateral meeting involving the U.S., Russia, and Ukraine, potentially in Abu Dhabi, Ukrainian President Zelensky told Axios.

“On the table now there is a proposition: energy ceasefire. We are ready,” Zelensky told Axios, adding that Washington is particularly focused on halting Ukrainian strikes against Russian fuel infrastructure amid rising diesel prices.

Zelensky said he would prefer a meeting involving all three countries and is open to different venues and formats.

“We are open — any country, any format,” he said, suggesting that December’s G20 summit in Miami could also provide an opportunity for talks between the three leaders.
