This war is not good for either side. It's obviously not good for Ukraine.

It's terrible for Russia. I mean, they’re not doing well in this war. They just aren’t.

So it makes all the sense in the world to stop it. But unfortunately, in foreign policy and in matters such as this, sometimes what makes sense isn’t necessarily what happens.
