The problem with AI is it's developing so fast. When we came up with nuclear energy, that was a static thing. It wasn't changing every day. AI is changing.
By the time you write some rules to control it, it's already changed 10 times in terms of new models. So that's the risk here.
The risk is this thing is developing faster than our ability to mitigate it, the damage that it might do, and harness the benefits too.
No one wants to be hurt by AI, but no country wants to be left behind either.
