We have an independent multinational coalition aimed at restoring the freedom of navigation in the Hormuz Strait. This should not be used for blackmail.
It’s a cardinal principle of international law, and it is in the interests of all of us for vessels to be able to transit through the Strait securely and for the energy interests of all of our countries to be secured.
The reopening of the Hormuz Strait is a priority.
