🚀Two of my Telegram channels (I run several) are growing organically:

➡️ 19k subs — $0 invested, earn from sponsors ($300–$500 per post)
➡️ 3.4k subs — very small spend, earn from my own products
(Telegram Hero, 1:1 consultation, Channel Analyzer, and more)

What should you do to grow + earn with Telegram channels?

1. Get quality subscribers.

You can have 100,000 subs — but if you're not earning, it doesn’t matter. You don’t need millions of fans to succeed. Just 1,000 true fans who genuinely love your work and buy from you.

Read 1000 True Fans to understand this idea better.

2. Write content that solves problems.

Most channels don’t grow because their content doesn't solve any real problem. Find your audience’s pain points. Answer their questions. Be useful.

3. Monetize. On purpose.

Monetization won’t magically come to you — go get it.

— Create and sell your own products natively (not as annoying ads). Make sure your copy is clear, benefits-focused, and aligned with your audience’s needs.
— Reach out to potential advertisers — but don’t spam. They won’t care if your content is weak or engagement is low.

4. Repeat.

That's the game. Build, test, improve, repeat.
