Welcome to the Intro to Tea event in english!
Green tea - what theme could fit better for the summer time? This Saturday let’s taste, experiment and explore the wonderful world of green teas!

🌿 What is green tea and how is it produced?
🌿 Let’s experiment how the brewing style changes the taste of the tea! Cold brew, gaiwan-style, steeping like in Europe - which one will be your favorite? Experimental subject is Lui Zhu (Green Pearls) tea.
🌿 Is water quality really important for brewing? Form your own opinion during our experiment with Yun Wu (Cloud and Mist) tea!
🌿 Tea from China or from other country? If you still have drive and desire to explore more, we’ll compare Japanese Gyokuro and Georgian Greengold. If not - we’ll enjoy wonderful Tai Ping Hou Kui (Monkey King from Tai Ping) and recollect together our discoveries.
