Apple Minions turns idle Macs into an AI cloud

Apple’s Minions system pools spare GPU capacity across Macs, and Apple teams using it have reportedly cut waits for GPU resources from more than 10 hours to minutes. The system distributes AI inference tasks among available devices instead of relying on additional dedicated GPU servers.
