Anthropic’s Claude new usage policy

Anthropic’s updated Claude Usage Policy takes effect November 12, clarifying restrictions on deceptive campaigns, weapons development, surveillance, and other high-risk uses. A key operational requirement: when Claude controls potentially hazardous hardware, a qualified operator must be able to monitor it and stop it.
