Scrcpy now supports hardware decoding
Scrcpy, the open-source tool that lets you view your Android phone on your desktop, has gained support for zero-copy hardware decoding in its latest release. The feature, added in v5.0, uses your computer’s hardware to decode video streams (i.e., your Android screen mirrored on your desktop). This results in improved performance, with developer benchmarks noting a 10x drop in CPU usage on the host device.
