Google opens Claude Opus 5 to engineers

Google has expanded internal access to Anthropic’s Claude Opus 5, allowing engineers across the company to use the rival model for coding through its Antigravity development platform. Gemini remains Google’s primary model, while Claude is restricted by per-user quotas and intended for specialized tasks.
