Microsoft resolved a SharePoint Online and OneDrive outage that disrupted users in Japan, but network observations indicate the July 23 incident affected customers and downstream services in several other regions as well. The disruption lasted about 63 minutes and caused navigation errors, access delays, and problems opening stored files.
