Windows 11 build 29667 fixes Arm64 rollbacks but flags VMware issues

Microsoft’s Windows 11 Insider Experimental (Future Platforms) build 29667.1000 fixes an Arm64 upgrade failure that could roll systems back with error 0xc1900101, following build 29661’s update-failure fixes. The preview also adds Emoji 17.0 and repairs problems affecting Remote Desktop, Wi-Fi, the taskbar, touchpad gestures, and the modern Run dialog.
