Former Anthropic and OpenAI researcher: AI could kill us all by 2030

Former Anthropic and OpenAI researcher Jacob Coxon told CNN host Anderson Cooper that rapidly improving AI systems could pose an extinction-level threat by the end of the decade. Coxon pointed to autonomous cyberattacks, biological weapons development, and recursive self-improvement as risks that companies may not be prepared to control.
