Excel Canvas will turn workbook data into live Copilot dashboards

Microsoft is preparing Excel Canvas, a Copilot-powered workspace that converts workbook data into interactive charts, metrics, and insights without requiring users to build each visualization manually. The feature is expected to reach general availability for Excel on Windows and the web this month, with the resulting views staying synchronized as the underlying workbook changes.
