ChatGPT Work outage blocks tasks for Plus subscribers

OpenAI is investigating an ongoing ChatGPT outage that is preventing some users from starting or continuing tasks in ChatGPT Work. The disruption began around 11:04 a.m. ET on August 31, with ChatGPT Plus subscribers particularly affected because Work mode is unavailable for some accounts.
