Viva Engage removes low-use features as Microsoft rolls out a simpler layout

Microsoft is rolling out a redesigned Viva Engage experience with a responsive right-hand panel, simplified navigation, and the retirement of Community Resources and Intelligent Importer. The update is enabled by default across the web and Teams, with no administrator control over the rollout, and Microsoft expects it to reach all users by the end of August 2026.
