New 4sysops features: Homepage read filter, automatic reload, fact-checking

The new Homepage filter lets members mark posts they have read or scrolled past. Keeping the 4sysops homepage open will now automatically load newly published posts. The new fact-checking feature lets you verify the accuracy of selected text or an entire article. For a complete list of all 4sysops member features, see this regularly updated list.
