UK watchdog investigates Microsoft 365 Copilot price increases

The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is investigating whether Microsoft gave Microsoft 365 Personal and Family customers enough information about cheaper subscription options before renewals. The probe centers on the addition of Copilot and the possibility that customers were moved to more expensive plans without clearly understanding the alternatives.
