Microsoft tackles Windows 11 WinUI RAM overhead before Start menu rewrite

Microsoft is prioritizing WinUI memory and performance fixes before moving more Windows 11 shell components to the framework. The work is intended to reduce RAM overhead and stuttering in the upcoming WinUI-based Start menu and Notifications center Agenda view.
