HP says 30% of PCs are still on Windows 10 as Microsoft extends support

HP says roughly 30% of its installed PC base is still running Windows 10, showing that many customers have not yet moved to Windows 11. That holdout rate is significant enough that HP still sees Windows 11 refreshes as a sales driver for new PCs. HP also says demand for AI PCs and premium systems is helping sustain upgrade activity.
