An overall rating tells you something about a provider. Provider Metrics tell you more.

You can see how users rate key parts of the service:

Transaction speed — how quickly swaps are completed.
Equal to estimate — how closely the final result matches the initial estimate.
Refund policy — how users rate the refund experience.
Partner support — how users rate the support they receive.

You’ll also find the overall rating and review count, plus information on KYC and AML requirements.

It’s a quick way to look beyond one overall score and understand what the provider is actually like to use.
