SpaceX maintains a speed limit of over 160 km/h for Starlink terminals, Interfax-Ukraine reported on Friday, citing Ukraine's Ministry of Defense.

On Thursday, Elon Musk said Starlink is a commercial service limited to civilian and defensive use and cannot be employed for offensive military operations.
