Developer Ingrad, acquired by Sminex in 2024, plans to delist from the Moscow Exchange following an extraordinary shareholders' meeting, Russian news agency RIA reported on Tuesday. Ingrad, which focuses on project development, said less than 2% of its shares are publicly traded and that the public capital market is no longer part of its business model.
